Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long are shipping times?
All our products will be shipped within 1 to 5 working days. It will then take between 10 to 20 working days to reach your doorstep.
2. Some items are missing
Depending on the products you chose, they may be shipped from two different warehouses. The remaining of your order should arrive shortly.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
4. Do you offer exchanges?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping is at the expense of the customer on all exchanges.
5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order - if it is the wrong size, wrong colour, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we will either send you a replacement product or give you a full refund.
6. I have received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
Once again, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us what went wrong, along with a picture of the damaged or defective product. After examination, we will either send you a new product or give you a full refund.
